Marc Duome, Psy.D. 

     Founder and President of Liberty Health Group (LHG), Dr. Duome received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann University, where he received specialized training in neuropsychology as well as various clinical treatment modalities.   duome_(800x600)_(640x480)
     In addition to his clinical work over the years, Dr. Duome has worked in a variety of corporate positions. In the past, he has served as Chief Psychologist for St. Mary Medical Center, Director of crisis services for Camden County, New Jersey; and Vice President of clinical delivery systems for a national managed-care concern. His administrative work has included corporate writing and the development of clinical operational procedures and quality measures. 
     Originally opening the practice in 1983, Liberty Health Group has evolved to become a dedicated neuropsychology practice in the Bucks County area, providing specialized exams and related services to a variety of clinical populations.
     In addition to his clinical and corporate work, Dr. Duome, has presented multiple lectures and seminars to members of the professional, law enforcement and lay community on such topics as concussion, dementia, crisis intervention and trauma, aviation neuropsychology and related topics. He has also been instrumental in the development of training videos, and participated in radio and television productions in the area. 
In addition to his interests in aviation neuropsychology, Dr. Duome is also a member of the American Telemedicine Association, and has an interest in specialty programs using new technologies in the evaluation and rapid assessment of concussion.
     Dr. Duome is licensed in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. 
    He enjoys working with aviation professionals, and is also an instrument rated commercial pilot and advanced ground instructor (AGI).

Kami Marchese, Psy.D.

Dr. Marchese earrned her B.A in Psychology from University of Memphis in 1997 and M.A. in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University in 1999. In 2005, she earned her Psy.D. from Widener University with an 

Dr._Marcheseemphasis in Neuropsychology and Health Psychology. Her dissertation focused on the influence of concussion frequency on neuropsychological functioning in chronic traumatic brain injury. 

Her other interests include geriatric evaluations and the assessment of adults with medical complications.
In addition to performing assessments at Liberty Health Group, she conducts evaluations and coordinates training of graduate students at the Neuropsychology                                               Assessment Center (NAC). 
She is also an adjunct faculty member at Widener University.
